Q. Do you refill ink cartridges?

A. No. We sell remanufactured cartridges. Here is the difference.

Q. Do you sell refill kits?

A. Yes. Sometimes customers are not convinced that refilling ink cartridges is not the best way to go, so we do have a couple of refill kits available for those folks to purchase.

Q. When I installed my toner cartridge, I got an error message. Does that mean my toner cartridge is defective?

A. Not necessarily; in fact, most of the time, no.
